Waterloo Region Business Achievement Awards

Junior Achievement of the Waterloo Region hosted the twenty-third annual Waterloo Region Business Achievement Awards in The Ballroom at Bingemans in Kitchener on Thursday November 1st 2007. Speaking of their international corporate success at this year's event was Gerry Remers, President and COO of Christie Digital Systems. Christie Digital Systems is a global leader in Digital Cinema and manufacturer of a wide range of digital projection technologies and solutions.

Each year, these awards honour local businesses which have excelled or made an outstanding community contribution. This year QuickContractors.com was recognized in three separate categories. New Venture of the Year and Business of the Year under 50 Employees and the Corporate Citizenship Award.
