Businesses and organizations requiring the services of multiple contracting companies expend thousands of dollars annually to manage their internally generated lists with varying degrees of success. In comparison to current practices at many organizations, the QCVC System will offer businesses a more comprehensive and up-to-date vendor list that has enhanced document visibility and increased risk management while providing a significant cost savings. The system is upgradeable and expandable to suit the desires of the business in terms of facilitating the discovery and reporting of any level of depth and breadth of vendor information. The QCVC system has already been adapted by a number of large organizations in Canada including a large University in Southern Ontario and one of the largest School Boards in Ontario.
