I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Chad's contracting. He returned my call right away. He was very professional during the quote phase and very accommodating. His quoted price was between 3 other quotes we had received last year, so we were happy with it. He looked at options we hadn't asked him to quote on to find the best roofing solution for our needs. He always returned calls promptly and when the time came, provided his entire team to do the job as quickly as possible. They accomplished it quickly and efficiently, working around our schedule. We are very pleased with the end result and he even promised to come back to make a couple of changes free of charge concerning a decision he made about the colour of fascia he had installed around the base of the chimney as well as finishing the sealing around our new wood-stove chimney when our other contractor comes to do the job.
